Kentucky District AAU Gymnastics

AAU GYMNASTICS

ProgramOverview

The AAU Gymnastics Program offers opportunities for boys and girls, ages 18 and under, as well as Adults in all skill levels to participate in gymnastics. Events are held throughout the country by club members, including Local Competitions and Invitationals, District Championships within a district and Regional and National Championships that are held in different locations throughout the country. The National Championships are available for any member and gym to participate; check with National Chair for qualification criteria in your district.

Events are conducted under the current AAU Code, AAU Gymnastics Handbook and the competition rules of  USA Gymnastics as modified by AAU. Modifications of  rules that are beneficial to participants at the local level can be implemented with approval from the AAU National Chair.

Open Optional & Ladies Division

Level 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 & 9
